Reali.com buyer and seller flows riddled with friction points and lacking features found in competitor’s UX; aesthetics failing to capture brand motivation: friendly, easy-to-use, with tech savvy.

Goals
Drive engagement by leveraging new feature enhancements to make the product more robust and useful for buyers and sellers alike while not increasing cognitive load. Tweak branding and layouts for a tech-friendly look and feel, emphasizing ease-of-use while delivering an incredibly complex tool.

Role
Mapping flows and critical user journeys for mobile and desktop, lay out of new pages, rapid prototyping, building out UI components, motion proof-of-concepts, building financial tools (mortgage calculator), branding for new product – visuals and copy; illustration
